Krab Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice, bottled or fresh (fresh is best) .
  • 1/2 c Best Foods Mayonnaise .
  • 12 oz imitation crabmeat, pre-cooked, found in seafood section at grocery store .
  • 1 small celery rib, sliced fine .
  • 1 green onion, sliced fine, include green & white part .
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed .
  • salt, to taste .
  • pepper, to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Place sliced celery & green onion in a medium sized bowl.
  • Step #2 Roughly chop the Krab (or Krab & shrimp) into bite-sized pieces & place this in the bowl on top of the veggies.
  • Step #3 Pour lemon juice over the Krab.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top dill weed over the top.
  • Step #5 Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #6 Stir in mayonnaisse & taste for seasoning.
  • Step #7 Adjust if needed.
  • Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge for a couple of hrs or so to make the flavors pop.
  • Step #9 Serve with crackers.
