Chicken And Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 oz) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz) package wide egg noodles
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 c shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 c frozen broccoli

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 In a 2 quart saucepan, salt, cream of potato soup, mix cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, milk, pepper, broccoli, cream of broccoli soup, & thyme.
  • Step #4 Cook over med-heat/flame until broccoli is cooked.
  • Step #5 Mix with egg noodles.
  • Step #6 Spread into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Step #7 Cover.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 mins.
  • Step #9 Cover with Colby cheese, & bake uncovered for an extra 15 mins.
