Fried Snapper With Avocado Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lemon .
  • 2 avocados, sliced widthways to serve .
  • lime slices, to garnish .
  • oil, for frying .
  • cooked corn, to serve .
  • 2 tsps spice seasoned flour, for dusting .
  • sliced fresh parsley .
  • 32 oz red snapper

Directions
  • Step #1 Squeeze the lemon juice both insode & outside the fish, & sprinkle with spice seasoning.
  • Step #2 Place the fish in a shallow dish, cover & set aside in a cool place to marinate for a few hrs.
  • Step #3 Lift the marinated fish out of the dish & dust throughly with the flour shaking off any excess.
  • Step #4 Heat oil in a loarge non-stick frying pan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #5 Add thr fish & fry carefully for about 10 mins on each side.
  • Step #6 Meanwhile cut the avocados in half, remove the pits & cut in half again.
  • Step #7 Peel away the skin & cut into thin strips.
  • Step #8 AWhen the fish are cooked through, & skin is crisp & brown, transfer them to a warm serrving dish.
  • Step #9 Add the avocado & corn slices.
  • Step #10 Garnish with lime slices & serve as soon as possible.
