Ingredients
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz) package yellow rice, cooked
  • 1 (10 oz) package sliced frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked & cubed
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c dried bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 1/2 c butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Spread rice evenly over the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top cubed chicken evenly over rice, then sprinkle the broccoli over the chicken.
  • Step #4 Mix soup & milk together, & pour mixture evenly over chicken/broccoli mixture.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top cheese evenly over the soup.
  • Step #6 Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan or skillet over low heat/flame; add bread crumbs & mix completely together.
  • Step #7 Spoon mixture evenly over cheese layer in baking dish & cover with aluminum foil.
  • Step #8 Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hr.
