Pistachio Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 40 Ritz crackers .
  • 3 oz crispy Crunch bars .
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip .
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream .
  • 3/4 c butter, melted .
  • 1 1/2 c milk .
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz) packages jello instant pistachio pudding mix

Directions
  • Step #1 Crunch the ritz crackers then add the butter together, press the mixture into a 9 x 13" pan & bake this at 350 for 10 mins.
  • Step #2 Let cool (I sometimes put it in the freezer to cool faster).
  • Step #3 Mix the pakage of pudding with the milk, add ice cream & beat in an electic mixer for 2 to 3 mins or until smooth.
  • Step #4 Spread over cooled crust & freeze.
  • Step #5 After it is set cover with the cool whip.
  • Step #6 Chop the crispy crunch bars.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top the sliced chocolate bar on top.
  • Step #8 Refreeze.
  • Step #9 Take out about 10 mins before serving.
