Ingredients
  • 15 oz corn, do not drain .
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced .
  • 1 lb pork roast, cubed & fried .
  • 32 oz hunts brand catsup .
  • 1 medium onion, sliced .
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Cube Pork roast, coat with 2 tbl of flour, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #2 Cook over med-heat/flame until done.
  • Step #3 Combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #4 After pouring in the catsup, use enough water to clean out the bottle.
  • Step #5 Cover up & cook over low heat/flame all day.
  • Step #6 Should be thick.
  • Step #7 If not, remove lid 1-2 hrs prior to serving & let the liquid cook down.
  • Step #8 Serve with flour tortilla shells, warmed.
  • Step #9 Spread with butter & break into small pieces.
  • Step #10 Dip or spread the chile verde mixture on individually -- Enjoy --.
