Step #1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step #2 Place the pork roast in a medium baking dish.
Step #3 Spice up red potatoes with salt & pepper, & arrange around the roast.
Step #4 Place sweet potatoes & cinnamon in a resealable plastic bag, & shake to coat.
Step #5 Arrange sweet potatoes around the roast.
Step #6 Place apple over the roast & potatoes.
Step #7 Top with butter slices.
Step #8 Seal baking dish tightly with foil.
Step #9 Cook 1 1/2 hrs in the preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Step #10 In a medium saucepan over med-heat/flame, mix the milk, water, chicken bouillon, beef bouillon, & cornstarch until the bouillon cubes are dissolved & the mixture is thickened.
