Step #1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step #2 In mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese & 1/3 c sugar, mixing until well mixed.
Step #3 Blend in one egg.
Step #4 In saucepan, mix water, margarine, & chocolate; bring to boil.
Step #5 Remove from heat.
Step #6 Add mixd remaining sugar & flour; mix well.
Step #7 Blend in remaining eggs, baking soda, sour cream, & salt.
Step #8 Pour into greased & floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan.
Step #9 Spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate batter.
Step #10 Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Step #11 Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step #12 Cool; cut into squares.
