Step #2 Heat butter in pan, add chicken, cook on both sides until lightly browned.
Step #3 Drain excess butter from pan, bring to the boil, add water, port & stock cube, wine, simmer for about 10 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Step #4 Remove chicken from pan, keep warm.
Step #5 Bring sauce to the boil, uncovered , simmer, for about 5 mins or until sauce is reduced by half.
Step #6 Stir in cream, return chicken to pan, cook this until chicken is heated through.
