Cheesy, Garlic Tri Torte Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (7 oz) container put in the fridged basil pesto .
  • 1/2 c grated fresh parmesan cheese .
  • 1 (8 oz) jar minced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, well drained .
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened .
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed .
  • baguette, slices or crackers

Directions
  • Step #1 **After draining, press tomatoes in multi- layer paper towels**.
  • Step #2 In food processor/blender, place cream cheese, parmesan cheese & garlic.
  • Step #3 Process until mixed.
  • Step #4 Divide into thirds.
  • Step #5 Line a 5 c mold with plastic wrap.
  • Step #6 Smooth one of the thirds of cheese into mold, then layer the pesto.
  • Step #7 Smooth another third of the cheese mix over pesto then spread the tomatoes, finish with the last third of the cheese.
  • Step #8 Smack the mold down on a towel on the hard surface to make the cheese mix mold nicely.
  • Step #9 Cover up & put in the fridge for at least a day.
  • Step #10 You can make this several days early.
  • Step #11 To serve just invert onto pretty plate & serve this with either the crackers or baguettes.
