Herb-sour Cream Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps fresh dill, sliced .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled .
  • 2 tsps white wine vinegar .
  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs .
  • fresh parsley sprigs .
  • 1/2 c sour cream .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 3 tbsps fresh parsley, finely sliced .
  • Garnish

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice eggs in half lengthwise, & carefully, remove yolks.
  • Step #2 Mash yolks; add sour cream & next 5 ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Step #3 Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top with bacon.
  • Step #5 Garnish if desired.
