Step #1 In a large wok, ginger, heat oil & stir-fry garlic, green onions, mushrooms, chicken, chile peppers, shrimp & sausage until shrimp is pink & sausage is slightly browned.
Step #2 Stir in sake & soy sauce & let simmer 2 to 3 mins.
Step #3 Cover up & set aside.
Step #4 In a large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a rolling boil.
Step #5 Add noodles & cook over high heat for 2 mins.
Step #6 Drain as soon as possible & rinse with cold water.
Step #7 Place the shrimp mixture over med-heat/flame & add the bean sprouts; saute for 2 mins.
Step #8 Stir in the snow peas & saute 2 mins.
Step #9 Stir in cooked noodles & toss until well mixed.
