Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 3 c oats .
  • 2 tsps vanilla .
  • 2 tbsps skim milk .
  • 2 egg whites .
  • 1/2 c Splenda sugar substitute .
  • 2 tbsps oil .
  • 1 tsp cinnamon .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt .
  • 1 c dried fruit

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 In medium bowl, mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon.
  • Step #3 In mixing bowl, oil, brown sugar, egg whites, mix together Splenda, vanilla, milk, & yogurt.
  • Step #4 Blend well.
  • Step #5 Add in flour mixture; stir well.
  • Step #6 Stir in dried fruit & oats.
  • Step #7 Spread into sprayed 13x9 pan.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350 for 28-32 mins.
