Lychee Mint Champagne Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves .
  • 1 lb lychees, peeled pitted .
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or sparkling white wine

Directions
  • Step #1 Puree the lychees & mint leaves in a food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl.
  • Step #3 Half fill a glass with the mixture & top this with champagne.
  • Step #4 Garnish with mint.
