Pumpkin Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 15 oz canned pumpkin .
  • 1 1/2 c soy milk .
  • 1 tsp cloves .
  • 1 tsp ginger .
  • 2 tsps nutmeg .
  • 2 tsps cinnamon .
  • 1/2 tsp salt .
  • 4 tbsps cornstarch

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Step #2 Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Step #3 Pour into 9 inch non-stick pan (or into premade crust if desired).
  • Step #4 Bake until set, about 60 mins (check with fork at 45 mins -- ).
