Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 tortillas .
  • 8 oz sour cream .
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese or colby cheese .
  • 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed .
  • Sauce .
  • 1 c mild green chilies .
  • 1/2 c onions, sliced .
  • 21 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup (2 cans)

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #2 Cook cubed chicken & onions 5-7 mins in skillet over med-hi heat or until juices are clear.
  • Step #3 Mix green chilis, sour cream, & cream of chicken soup in a bowl.
  • Step #4 Microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 mins.
  • Step #5 Put 1/3 Celsius of chicken in the center of each tortilla.
  • Step #6 Pour 1/4 Celsius sauce over the top of the chicken.
  • Step #7 Roll up tortilla & put in a casserole dish.
  • Step #8 Repeat until all 12 tortillas are done.
  • Step #9 Pour remaining sauce over the top of the tortillas & spread well.
  • Step #10 Cover up with tinfoil wrap & bake for 30 mins.
  • Step #11 Uncover & bake 15 more mins.
