Ingredients
  • 3 oz ice .
  • 2 eggs .
  • 4 oz orange juice .
  • 1 banana .
  • 8 oz brewed coffee .
  • sugar .
  • 16 oz tonic water .
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter .
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread .
  • cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Fry or scramble the eggs.
  • Step #2 Toast the bread.
  • Step #3 Slice the banana.
  • Step #4 Spread peanut butter on both slices of toast.
  • Step #5 Put eggs & banana on toast.
  • Step #6 Put ice & tonic in a glass, mix in orange juice if you prefer.
  • Step #7 Doctor up your coffee.
  • Step #8 Dig in, feel better.
