Sherri's Southern "fried" Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ears corn .
  • salt, to taste .
  • 1/2 c water

Directions
  • Step #1 Hold an ear of corn in a deep microwavable dish with a lid.
  • Step #2 Barely cut the top off the corn kernels with a sharp knife.
  • Step #3 With the back of the knife, scrape all the pulp out of the corn kernels into the bowl.
  • Step #4 Stir in the water.
  • Step #5 Cover up & microwave for 3 mins on HIGH.
  • Step #6 Stir.
  • Step #7 Microwave on HIGH for another 3 or 4 mins.
