Heavenly Chocomallows Recipe

Ingredients
  • 70 g butter, room temperature .
  • 250 g marshmallows .
  • 150 g bittersweet chocolate .
  • confectioners' sugar, for dusting .
  • 50 milk chocolate, melted .
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  • Step #1 Line the base & sides of a 3x10 1/2 inches bar tin with foil wrap.
  • Step #2 Place butter, semisweet chocolate, & marshmallows in a saucepan.
  • Step #3 Stir constantly over low heat/flame until chocolate & marshmallows are melted.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Add vanilla.
  • Step #6 Pour mixture into the pan, & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #7 Remove fudge from pan, & cut into squares.
  • Step #8 Drizzle fudge with melted chocolate.
  • Step #9 Dust with confectioner's sugar.
