Dessert Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 2 tbsps white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In large bowl, melted butter, milk, whisk together eggs, flour sugar & salt until smooth.
  • Step #2 Heat a medium-sized skillet or crepe pan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #3 Grease pan with a small amount of butter or oil applied with a brush or paper towel.
  • Step #4 Using a serving spoon or small ladle, spoon about 3 tbsps crepe batter into hot pan, tilting the pan so that bottom surface is evenly coated.
  • Step #5 Cook over med-heat/flame, 1 to 2 mins on a side, or until golden brown.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
