Low Carb Danish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c Atkins baking mix (carbquick) .
  • cream cheese .
  • 1 tsp sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix .
  • sugar-free jam or preserves .
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder .
  • Danish .
  • 1/3 c Butter Flavor Crisco .
  • 3/4 c yogurt (could use cream) .
  • 1/3 c drained yogurt .
  • 2-3 tbsps davinci sugar-free vanilla syrup .
  • 2 tbsps sugar-free vanilla syrup (Davinci)

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix butter, & CQ until crumbly.
  • Step #2 Stir in yogurt & Davinci's, beat about 15 strokes.
  • Step #3 Drop be rounded tbsps 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
  • Step #4 Make a shallow well in center of each with thumb or back of spoon.
  • Step #5 Fill well with 1t SF jam or perserves.
  • Step #6 Bake until golden brown 10-15 min NOTE:.
  • Step #7 You can also added the cream cheese filling after taking them out of the oven.
  • Step #8 It really makes it taste like one of those cream cheese danish things.
  • Step #9 "Cream Cheese" Filling:.
  • Step #10 Blend all well, & drop a rounded tspful on each danish.
