• 1 c brown sugar, packed .
• 1 c butter, 2 sticks .
• 1 c sour cream .
• 1 tsp vanilla .
• 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon .
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened .
• 6 eggs .
• 3 (7 oz) bags egg noodles, Manischewitz medium size .
• 1 c sugar

• Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Step #2 & cook noodles according to package directions.
• Step #3 Drain & set aside.
• Step #4 Combine remaining ingredients In a large-ish bowl & mix well.
• Step #5 Place cooked noodles in a 15 X 10 inch glass baking dish.
• Step #6 Pour mixture over noodles, covering thoroughly.
• Step #7 Bake 40 mins.
• Step #8 Sprinkle top with a bit of extra brown sugar on top & bake for another 10 more mins.
• Step #9 Let cool at least 10 mins before serving.
