Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step #2 & cook noodles according to package directions.
Step #3 Drain & set aside.
Step #4 Combine remaining ingredients In a large-ish bowl & mix well.
Step #5 Place cooked noodles in a 15 X 10 inch glass baking dish.
Step #6 Pour mixture over noodles, covering thoroughly.
Step #7 Bake 40 mins.
Step #8 Sprinkle top with a bit of extra brown sugar on top & bake for another 10 more mins.
Step #9 Let cool at least 10 mins before serving.
