Step #1 Cook the spaghetti according to package directions & return pasta to saucepan.
Step #2 Add the butter & egg.
Step #3 Mix well & press into a 10 inch pie pan.
Step #4 Sprinkle top 1/2 c cheese over the bottom of the crust.
Step #5 Bake in a 375°F oven for 8-10 mins.
Step #6 In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef, onion & green pepper; drain off the fat.
Step #7 Add the tomato sauce, undrained chili peppers, chili powder & salt; heat through.
Step #8 Spoon the meat mixture into the spaghetti shell.
Step #9 Bake for 15 mins.
Step #10 Sprinkle top with sliced tomato.
