- 1/2 c chocolate chips (optional) .
- 1/2 c nuts, sliced (optional) .
- 1/4 c milk .
- 2 c flour .
- 1/2 c butter, softened .
- 1 tsp vanilla .
- 1 tsp baking soda .
- 1 c bananas (mashed, about 2 medium) .
- 1/2-1 tsp salt .
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Step #1 Heat oven to 350°F.
- Step #2 Grease (not oil) bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4 inch loaf pan.
- Step #3 In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients; beat 1 min at medium speed.
- Step #4 Stir in remaining ingredients just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Step #5 Fold in nuts & or chocolate chips.
- Step #6 Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Step #7 Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Step #8 Cool at least 5 mins, remove this from pan.
- Step #9 Yummy :).
