Rum And Ginger Beer Punch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 300F ml white rum .
  • ice cubes, to serve .
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced .
  • 1 1/4 liters ginger beer, chilled .
  • 200 ml fresh lime juice .
  • 125 ml lime cordial .
  • 1/2 c fresh mint leaves, loosely packed .
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the rum, lime juice, cordial & mint In a large-ish serving jug.
  • Step #2 Add the ginger beer & lemon & lime slices; stir this to mix.
  • Step #3 Add the ice.
  • Step #4 Pour into glasses to serve.
