4 c cooked small shell pasta, prepared according to package .
1/8 c green peppers, finely sliced .
1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, shredded & sliced .
1/2 tsp season salt .
1 c celery, sliced .
1/2 tsp lemon pepper .
1/2 c Hidden Valley Ranch dressing .
3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced .
1/8 c green onion tops, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Cook pasta shells, once cooked according to package directions; set aside & let cool.
Step #2 In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, ranch dressing, lemon pepper, & garlic powder & season salt; mix well.
Step #3 In a large bowl mix together imitation crab meat, finely crumbled chedder cheese, sliced boiled eggs, green onion, green pepper, celery, & pasta shells; mix well.
Step #4 Mix pasta mixture with dressing mixture make sure it is mixed well & all pasta is covered by dressing mixture.
Step #5 Refrigerate for at least 1 hr prier to serving.
Step #6 Notes: Can be served either as a salad, on a bed of lettuce, on split croissants or my favorit a roasted tomato & onion bagel.
