Dilled Ham On Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • Hot cooked rice
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine
  • 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 c julienned fully cooked ham
  • 2 tsps prepared mustard
  • 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet, cook ham in butter until lightly browned.
  • Step #2 Add celery, onion & mushrooms; saute until tender.
  • Step #3 Combine the soup, milk, mustard & dill; add to the ham mixture.
  • Step #4 bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  • Step #5 Stir in sour cream; heat through.
  • Step #6 Serve over rice.
