Smoky Meatloaf (cameron's Smoker) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley .
  • nonstick cooking spray .
  • 2 minced garlic cloves .
  • 1 lb ground pork .
  • 1 slice bread .
  • 1/8 c milk .
  • 1/2 tbsp salt .
  • 1/2 c sliced celery .
  • 1 tbsp apple & pecan wood chips .
  • 1/2 sliced onion .
  • 1 lb ground beef

Directions
  • Step #1 Tear the bread & mix with the milk.
  • Step #2 Combine the remaining ingredients & add the milk & bread.
  • Step #3 Form into 2 loaves & smoke over med-heat/flame, using apple & pecan chips, for 50 mins.
  • Step #4 Preheat broiler before smoking is done, then broil the loaves on a foil wrap-lined baking sheet for up to 8 mins depending on how crispy & brown you want your loaves.
