Step #1 boil chicken, celery, onion in 3 c of water.
Step #2 remove chicken when cooked through & dice into bite size pieces.
Step #3 remove celery & onions from pot but keep the stock in pot.
Step #4 continue boiling stock from chicken, celery & onions until it reduces to 1 c (if you reduce stock to less than 1 c, not a problem, add milk to measuring c with stock to equal 1 c).
Step #5 stir this together in a bowl chicken, onion, miricle whip, frozen peas, celery, cream on chicken soup & 1 c of reduced stock.
Step #6 pour chicken mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step #7 sprinkle with 2 c shredded cheese (I've tried other cheeses, but cheddar seems to hit the spot for me).
Step #8 top this with tator tots.
Step #9 bake this at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
