1 red radish, thinly sliced (1-inch bunch) or 1 bunch daikon sprouts (1-inch bunch) .
sesame butter .
10 oz japanese soft tofu .
sliced chives .
2 tbsps nori fresh seaweed, julienned .
hot mustard .
1 tsp black sesame seeds .
fresh wasabi, grated .
tamari soy sauce .
grated daikon radishes .
wasabi paste
Directions
Step #1 Cut the tofu into 4 portions, drain,and chill in the fridge.
Step #2 Place tofu in small bowl.
Step #3 Sprinkle top seeds over tofu.
Step #4 1/4 tsp per bowl.
Step #5 Place scallions in small mound on tofu.
Step #6 1/2 tbsp each.
Step #7 Do the same with the ginger.
Step #8 Lay the sliced radishes/sprouts on the top.
Step #9 Garnish with the Nori.
Step #10 Serve Immediately with tamari.
Step #11 IF you have not used tofu before or are just starting do not blame me if you spit this across the room & go Yuck.
Step #12 This is for advanced tofu palates.
Step #13 That being said it is very nice for advanced palates.
Step #14 NOTE: mix the carrot with daikon or cucumber.
Step #15 Sauces: mirin shoyu, basic chinese or Japanese sauces, Miso toppings, Chinese oyster sauce [use vegetarina version posted on zaar], nut or seed toppings.
