Step #1 Stir together pork, green onions, cabbage, teriyaki sauce & ginger in a medium bowl.
Step #2 Place a heaping tsp of filling in the center of each pot sticker wrapper.
Step #3 Brush water around the edges & fold up to enclose filling.
Step #4 Press firmly until edges are sealed well.
Step #5 To cook, heat 1 tbsps oil In a large-ish skillet.
Step #6 Place half of pot stickers in a skillet, seam side up.
Step #7 Cook for 2 mins or until bottoms are golden brown, tipping skillet to evenly distribute oil.
Step #8 Add 1/3 c chicken broth to the skillet; cook, covered, over med-heat/flame for about 8 to 10 mins until liquid has been absorbed & pork is cooked through.
Step #9 Remove from skillet & repeat with remaining oil, pot stickers, & broth.
