Creamy Herbed New Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsps low-fat sour cream .
1 tbsp flaked sea salt .
1 lb tiny new potatoes .
1/2 tsp kosher salt .
1 tbsp fresh parsley, choppped .
1 tsp fresh coarse ground black pepper

Directions

Step #1 Scrub potatoes & (if large) cut into quarters.
Step #2 Cover up with water & bring to a boil.
Step #3 Reduce heat slightly & cook 10-15 mins or until tender.
Step #4 Drain well.
Step #5 Place potatoes in serving bowl & add sour cream.
Step #6 Stir carefully, lightly coating potatoes with sour cream.
Step #7 Stir in kosher salt, pepper, & parsley.
Step #8 Garnish with flake salt & serve.
