Pumpkin Bisque Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c chicken broth .
  • 1 pinch pepper .
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg .
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk .
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon .
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin .
  • 1 (11 oz) package butternut squash, thawed

Directions
  • Step #1 I a medium saucepan, cooked squash, salt, mix pumpkin, chicken broth, spices & ¼ c water.
  • Step #2 Mix well until smooth.
  • Step #3 Stir in evaporated milk.
  • Step #4 Heat slowly to serving temperature, stirring frequently.
  • Step #5 Garnish each serving with a dash of nutmeg.
