Cranberry Ribbon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 6 slices angel food cake
  • Dash salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Line the bottom & sides of a 9-in.
  • Step #2 x 5-in.
  • Step #3 x 3-in.
  • Step #4 loaf pan with heavy-duty foil; set aside.
  • Step #5 In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar & salt.
  • Step #6 Beat in cranberry sauce.
  • Step #7 Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Step #8 Spread one-third of the mixture in prepared pan; top this with three cake slices (cut cake if needed to fit).
  • Step #9 Repeat layers.
  • Step #10 Top with remaining cranberry mixture.
  • Step #11 Cover & freeze.
  • Step #12 Remove from the freezer 15 mins before serving.
  • Step #13 Use foil to remove loaf from pan, then discard foil.
  • Step #14 Cut into slices.
