Sarah's Ranger Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 c flour .
2 eggs, well beaten .
1 tsp baking soda .
2 c oatmeal .
2 tsps vanilla .
1 c white sugar .
1 c shortening .
1 c brown sugar .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 c coconut .
2 c corn flakes

Directions

Step #1 Cream shortening, sugars, eggs & vanilla.
Step #2 Mix in all dry ingredients, except corn flakes.
Step #3 Add corn flakes last & mix lightly.
Step #4 Scoop onto a greased cookie sheet.
Step #5 Bake at 375 degrees for 10 mins.
Step #6 Do not over bake.
