Continental Curried Sausages Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, sliced .
  • extra curry powder (optional) .
  • 1 (70 g) packet dutch curry & rice soup mix .
  • 500 g thin sausages .
  • 1 1/2 c frozen mixed vegetables .
  • 1 tbsp oil .
  • 2 c water .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring sausages to the boil in some cold water.
  • Step #2 Let cool & peel skins off & slice diagonally.
  • Step #3 Fry onion & frozen vegies in the oil until onion is tender.
  • Step #4 Blend soup mix with water & pour over vegetables.
  • Step #5 Return sausages to pan & let simmer for approx 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Add salt & pepper, extra curry powder if required & extra water if required.
  • Step #7 Serve over rice.
