Step #1 I use the eye & palm method of measuring my herbs.
Step #2 So the above measurements are estimated.
Step #3 Shred cheese & set aside.
Step #4 I use 1/2 the brick.
Step #5 Cover up or it will get hard.
Step #6 Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Step #7 I use either the tenders or 2 boneless skinless breast.
Step #8 depends on what's in the freezer.
Step #9 In large skillet (w/lid) add broth, tomatoes w/juice, crumble Italian seasoning in fingers as you add to broth & garlic powder based on if you like garlic -- hehehe.
Step #10 I start w/ just a small palm full.
Step #11 Bring broth to low boil.
Step #12 Stir in rice & chicken.
Step #13 Reduce heat to low simmer & cover.
Step #14 set timer for 20 min.
Step #15 Stir in cheese & serve hot -- or warm.
