Cannellini And Sausage Soup Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb bulk sausage .
2 garlic cloves, minced .
1 tsp dried basil .
1 (15 1/2 oz) can cannellini beans, drained & rinsed .
salt & pepper .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can beef broth .
1 (14 1/2 oz) can sliced tomatoes .
parmesan cheese .
1 small onion, sliced

Directions

Step #1 In a medium pot brown sausage.
Step #2 Add onion & garlic & cook this until softened.
Step #3 Add tomatoes & broth & bring to a boil.
Step #4 Reduce heat & let simmer about 10 mins.
Step #5 Stir in beans & continue to simmer until warmed through.
Step #6 Stir in basil & season to taste with salt & pepper.
Step #7 Sprinkle top with parmesan before serving.
