Delicious Fat Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

confectioners' sugar (optional) .
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa .
1/2 c corn syrup .
1 1/4 c sugar .
1 tsp baking powder .
1/2 tsp salt .
1 c water .
3 egg whites .
1/2 tsp baking soda .
1 1/4 c flour .
nonstick cooking spray .
1/4 c cornstarch

Directions

Step #1 Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
Step #2 In large bowl mix next seven ingredients.
Step #3 In medium bowl stir sugar & water until sugar is almost dissolved.
Step #4 Add egg whites & corn syrup; stir until mixed.
Step #5 Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Step #6 Pour into prepared pan.
Step #7 Bake in 350 F oven for 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step #8 Cool in pan on wire rack.
Step #9 If desired sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
