Step #1 Bake cherry pie according to directions on package.
Step #2 Let cool on wire rack or counter top for 30 mins or so.
Step #3 Invert pie carefully onto a plate.
Step #4 Top with hot fudge topping.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with almonds.
Step #6 Cut into slices & serve this with cool whip or Reddi-whipped cream on top of sliced pie.
Step #7 NOTES: From experience, let pie really cool off before inverting to plate & let the warm hot fudge cool also before adding the reddi whip cream, if adding before slicing the pie for single servings.
