Ingredients

1/4 c margarine .
1 egg .
6 oz chocolate chips .
2 c mini marshmallows .
9 graham crackers, layed out to fit pan .
1 c icing sugar

Directions

Step #1 Foil & spray 8x8 dish.
Step #2 Layer with graham crackers.
Step #3 In double boiler melt, chocolate chips, icing sugar, margarine & slightly beatened egg.
Step #4 Cook until smooth.
Step #5 Cool slightly but not too much; you want the marshmallows to melt a tad.
Step #6 Pour over the crackers & smooth out.
Step #7 Cool for 3 hrs in fridge.
Step #8 Cut into bite size pieces & store this in covered tupperware in fridge.
