Ingredients

  • pepper .
  • 2-4 tbsps milk or cream .
  • 1/4-1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • salt .
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp nutmeg, grated .
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 1 1/2 lbs)

Directions
  • Step #1 Steam the cauliflower until very tender.
  • Step #2 Add the remaining ingredients (use the larger measurement for any ingredients you especially love).
