Apricot Stilton Potted Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 25 g dried apricots, sliced .
  • 100 g softened butter .
  • 40 g sliced walnuts .
  • 300F g vegetarian Stilton cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Crumble the stilton into a separate bowl.
  • Step #2 Beat the softened butter until smooth & creamy; mix in the stilton.
  • Step #3 Pack into small ramekins & smooth down the tops.
  • Step #4 Mix the sliced apricots & walnuts separately & then use the mixture to press into the top of the ramekins; wrap in cling film.
  • Step #5 Will put in the fridge for a week, or freeze for two months.
