Fresh Mushroom Fettuccini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley .
  • 2 tsps sliced fresh rosemary leaves .
  • 1/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese .
  • 8 oz uncooked fettuccine pasta .
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper .
  • 3 c sliced mushrooms .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 garlic clove, finely sliced .
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar .
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook & drain fettuccini as directed on package; return to pan.
  • Step #2 Add reamining ingredients & toss until fettuccini is coated with oil.
