Healthy But Oh-so-damn-good Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c oats .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds .
  • 3 ripe bananas .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 1 c brown flour .
  • 1/2 tsp allspice .
  • 3/8 c of whole brown flax seeds .
  • 1/2 c wheat germ .
  • 2 eggs (or fake eggs as i use made with soy milk) .
  • 1/2 c margarine .
  • 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon .
  • 1 tsp vanilla .
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg .
  • 1/8 c poppy seeds .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar .
  • 1/2 c raisins

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Prepare a loaf pan (I like to oil it then line it with wax paper so it doesn't stick at all).
  • Step #2 Mix sugars & melted margarine In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #3 Pre-mix your fake eggs (or beat your regular eggs) & add them.
  • Step #4 Mash the 3 ripe bananas & mix those in too.
  • Step #5 Add soda, cinnamon, vanilla, allspice & nutmeg.
  • Step #6 Mix in the flour, oats & wheatgerm.
  • Step #7 Now add all your seeds & raisins.
  • Step #8 Place mixture into the pan & cook in the oven for an hr (should be nice & brown on top, if not give it more time).
