Balsamic Pork Chops With Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 4 boneless center cut pork chops, about 1-inch thick .
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary .
  • 4 portabella mushrooms .
  • 1/3 c balsamic vinegar .
  • 1 tbsp butter .
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce .
  • salt & pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  • Step #2 Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat 1 min.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top pork with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #4 Brown pork chops 3 mins per side; add vinegar, rosemary, & soy sauce.
  • Step #5 Bake 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Transfer sauce to bowl & keep warm.
  • Step #7 Add butter & mushrooms to skillet.
  • Step #8 Cook over med-heat/flame 2 mins.
  • Step #9 Spoon warm sauce over pork & mushrooms & serve.
