Jiggly Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup .
  • 2 bananas, sliced .
  • 3 c V8 Splash Berry Blend .
  • 1 (20 oz) can unsweetened pineapple tidbits, in juice .
  • 2 (8 oz) boxes unflavored gelatin .
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange segments

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain liquid from orange segments & pineapple into 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Step #2 Set fruit aside.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top gelatin over liquid; let this stand to soften.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, bring fruit juice mix to a boil in large saucepan.
  • Step #5 Pour boiling juice over softened gelatin; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Step #6 Add frozen strawberries; stir until gelatin begins to thicken, breaking up berries with spoon.
  • Step #7 Stir in reserved fruit & bananas.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate at least 2 hrs or until set.
  • Step #9 Cut into squares to serve.
