Pecan Graham's Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c pecan halves (or sliced) .
  • 8 graham crackers (1 pkg out of the box) .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 1 c butter or margarine

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 Line a 9X13 pan with foil wrap.
  • Step #3 Place graham crackers flat inside pan, covering as much as possible even if you have to break some.
  • Step #4 Place pecans over crackers.
  • Step #5 I like to chop mine up a bit, but you can just use halves if you like.
  • Step #6 In a small saucepan over med-heat/flame, place butter & sugar.
  • Step #7 Bring to a boil & boil for 4 mins.
  • Step #8 Remove & pour over nuts & crackers, covering completely.
  • Step #9 Place in oven for 10 mins.
  • Step #10 Mixture will be bubbly when you remove it.
  • Step #11 Allow to cool enough to touch then peel out foil wrap from pan so they can cool quicker.
  • Step #12 Once cooled, break apart, & enjoy.
  • Step #13 A great snack or gift.
  • Step #14 Use cinnamon coated graham's if you like that extra flavor.
