Creamy Dreamy Shrimp Saute Recipe

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, Grated .
1 c water .
pepper .
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans low-fat cream of celery soup .
1/2 tbsp oil .
1 lb frozen vegetables, Thawed .
salt .
1 sweet onion, Chopped Coarsely .
1 lb shrimp, Cooked .
3 stalks celery, Cut Diagonally, 1/2 Inch Wide .
cayenne

Directions

Step #1 In a large deep skillet, sauté onion & celery in the oil for approximately five mins, so that celery is still crisp.
Step #2 Add soup, & garlic, water, stirring to mix everything.
Step #3 Bring to a boil.
Step #4 Add thawed vegetables & return to low boil for 2 – 3 mins.
Step #5 Taste & adjust seasonings.
Step #6 Add shrimp, & cook just until heated through, stir, 1 - 2 mins.
Step #7 Serve over pasta or rice, & top this with fresh grated parmesan.
