Easy Cream Of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsps butter .
  • 10 oz baby portabella mushrooms, sliced .
  • 4 oz cream cheese with vegetables .
  • 1 garlic clove, minced .
  • 2 c vegetable broth or chicken broth .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese .
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute onions in butter til translucent.
  • Step #2 Add mushrooms & garlic & saute til tender.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with flour & cook 1 min.
  • Step #4 Add broth, stir & cook for 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Add milk & cream cheese, stirring until mixed.
  • Step #6 Add parmesan cheese.
